Gas Processing
ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP is primarily concerned with increasing processing capacity, supplying gas, and generating energy at its own power plants. ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP strives for optimal connected petroleum gas use by utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in all its operations. An integrated system for gathering and utilizing related petroleum gas must include the processing of the gas. Modern gas processing plant owned by the company capable of producing liquid hydrocarbons and dry stripped gas, both of which are extensively used in Kazakhstani trade and industry. The plant produces high-quality commodities that satisfy all technical standards set by the Customs Union and the state.
ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP established the Gas Processing Division (UPG) in 2023. It was the UPG that developed the integrated approach to gas processing growth. In 2024, ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP shipped 5 million cubic meters of natural gas, dry stripped gas, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). 14% of all gas exports came from 5 million cubic meters sold by ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP. Global gas sales reached 2 million cubic meters, up 3% from the previous year, as a result of rising demand.

ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP ensures optimal performance in connected petroleum gas consumption by utilizing state-of-the-art technologies in all its sectors. The processing of associated petroleum gas is an essential component of an extensive system for gas collection and use.
The Company’s gas processing plant is a state-of-the-art establishment that can generate dry stripped gas and liquid hydrocarbons, both of which are widely used in Kazakhstan’s trade and industry. The company produces high-quality commodities that meet state and Customs Union technical requirements. ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP established the Gas Processing Division (UPG) in 2023, thereby initiating the integrated approach to gas processing expansion.
