Social Policy

ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP adheres to an ethical social policy and seeks to support sustainable development in the communities it serves. The organization helps tiny and indigenous communities, as well as other marginalized groups in society. All of the Group of Companies’ notable businesses take part in social gatherings. In addition to organizing sporting events, the firm develops and fixes kindergartens (in the hamlet of Nes), libraries, sports and leisure facilities Astana, and supports the Children’s Art School. It also purchases wheelchairs, hearing aids, and customized vehicles to assist children with developmental difficulties.

ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP works with the district administrations to provide financial aid to low-income residents and disabled children in the Astana regions. The company works with the Astana National Park to protect the environment and stop wildlife poaching. Assistance is provided to socially vulnerable groups in the Astana Region by ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP. Orphanages, social assistance organizations, schools for kids with disabilities, and individual families with needy kids also receive financial support.

The Company is in favor of the corporate volunteerism movement expanding. A large family in the city of Bely, a nursing home in the Astana region, and a boarding school in the Smolensk district were taken care of by employees of ZHAKSYMAI OIL, LLP. Volunteers from the company plant trees, clean up dirty streams, and participate in environmental campaigns and community workdays, including ones hosted at production sites, as part of the “Clean banks for our rivers and lakes” project.
